國民小學教師在職進修動機、專業知能成長與教學效能關係之研究

A Study of the Relation among Elementary School Motivation of In-service Training, the Growth of Specialty and Teaching Efficiency in Taiwan.

摘要


本研究旨在探討在職進修動機、專業知能與教學效能之現況如何,了解不同背景變項國小教師在職進修動機、專業知能與教學效能之差異情形及關連性。採用量化的問卷調查法作研究工具,以基隆市國民小學教師為施測對象,有效問卷320份。其實證結果顯示:國小教師的進修動機與專業成長具一致性,進而提升教學效能。雖然整體教師在「瞭解社區家長的需求與對學校的期望」最低,但兼行政的教師在「社交關係與工作成就」層面的進修動機相對較高。資深教師在輔導與管教知能層面較有需求。國小教師在教學效能不受不同背景變項影響而無差異。在職進修動機與專業知能成長之間、在職進修動機與教學效能之間、專業知能成長與教學效能之間,呈現顯著的正相關。

The purpose of this research is investigating the current situation and the relationship among the motivation of in-services training, the growth of specialty, and teaching efficiency in elementary school teachers. We used quantitative questionnaire survey as our research instrument. The objects of questionnaires were primary school teachers in Keelung with 320 valid samples. The conclusions are shown as follows: In the dimensions of the teachers’ learning motivation on participating in-service Education, the teachers’ scores on "seeking knowledge desire and the development of professionalism", and with best performance after inservice training in Counseling and discipline knowledge and ability. The motivation and the growth of specialty after training has consistent promotion. There have been great advances in teaching strategy and the atmosphere in class. There's lowest at "understand the community parent's need and their expectation of school",and "the social intercourse relation and work achievement" is opposite higher to the teacher who has administration duty. The teacher who has higher qualification was more needed in the guide and the tube teaches the consciousness respects. There was no significant differences in the teaching effectiveness of the elementary teachers in different backgrounds. The motivation of inservice training and the growth of specialty、the motivation for n-service education and teaching effectiveness、the growth of specialty and teaching efficiency were significantly related among elementary school teachers.
