應用無人飛機技術開發地表位移監測設備之設計

摘要


台灣是屬多颱風氣候區,土石流及山坡滑動現象的發生非常普遍,該等災害常為我國帶來巨大的財務損失,和造成居民生活上的不便及生命財產的威脅。在國內為了解決上述問題,大多使用補強方式在山坡邊坡上使用混凝土護牆、派專人定期巡視,但有時發生連續多天的降雨過後,此時山坡地就容易發生土石滑動之現象,造成人員傷亡。本文將採用無人飛機技術開發地表位移監測設備之設計,並定位出山坡地區之影像來執行偵測,達到快速偵測並預判災害的大小範圍。本研究中以現有的四旋翼無人飛行器為基楚,配合無人飛行器的組成,利用實驗區進行空中拍攝,拍攝作業流程為,影像處理及分析工作,並以棋盤式定位法定位出山坡面積之影像,利用影像排列做特徵點進行後製,在結果顯示使用棋盤式定位法可有效辨識山坡地滑動發生,和一般的特徵點相比,棋盤式可提高山坡地定位的準確度。

In Taiwan, it belongs to typhoon climate zone. Phenomena of landslides and hillside slide were often suffered. Those disasters always bring huge financial losses and inconvenience in daily life as well as life-threatening, for residents. To solve this problem, some methods of reinforced concrete retaining wall on the use of the hillside slope and sending someone to check after raining are used to avoid accidents. This article presents a design on unmanned aerial vehicle applied to development for ground Surface displacements, and locates the hillside area to perform image detection and achieves rapid detect and predicts the scope of the disaster, This research uses a quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to take photographs, image processing and analysis thereof for the hillside area are used to effectively identify the hillside features. In summary, a checkerboard method is proposed to solve the landslide problem and then protecting life and property for residents.
