機械視覺在藍寶石晶體生長之應用

摘要


本研究主要目的在於應用機器視覺於藍寶石長晶之應用,使用CCD搭配放大鏡頭,加上適當的影像處理,成功的獲得藍寶石晶頸與熔湯對流線之影像。藉由自行開發之軟體,建立一套客觀、攜帶容易的藍寶石生長檢測系統。由於晶體生長機台內部溫度高達2000℃以上,操作者須長時間藉由觀察爐內晶體生長,以獲得最佳的下晶種(Seeding)時機,但是爐內的高溫與高亮度容易影響操作者的判斷,藉由開發一套機械視覺去自動判斷爐內晶體的生長狀況,以獲得最佳晶體生長結果。

The main purpose of this study is to apply machine vision to the growth of sapphire crystal, the image of sapphire crystal neck and molten convection line can be achieved with CCD and the image processing software developed by myself, in the sapphire crystal growing furnace, temperature is up to more than 2000 degrees. The operator must be observing the crystal growing situation for a long time to get the best seeding time, but high temperature and brightness of the furnace will affect the judgment of the operator. By developing a machine vision software to automatically determine the crystal growth seeding conditions in the furnace to get the best result of crystal growth.
