幼托整合後幼兒園教師快樂嗎?-從工作價值觀、角色壓力與主觀幸福感三者關係之探討

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討幼托整合後幼兒園教師對工作價值觀、角色壓力與主觀幸福感之差異情形及關連性。透過實證分析結果後發現:幼兒園教師在工作價值觀中「自我實現與人際互動」最受重視,「社會聲望與工作地位」最不受重視;在角色壓力中「角色衝突」、「角色過度負荷」都受重視;在主觀幸福感中「自我挑戰與人際關係」最受重視,「薪資環境」最不受重視。幼兒園教師工作價值觀及主觀幸福感在「擔任職務」、「每月薪資」呈現顯著差異。角色壓力在「年齡」、「教育程度」、「擔任職務」、「學校規模」、「師生配置」、「每月薪資」、「學校性質」呈現顯著差異。基於以上發現,建議提高幼兒園教師每月薪資福利及調整師生配置將有助於降低幼兒園教師角色壓力及提高幸福感。

The purposes of this study are to examine preschool teachers' relationship with work value, role stress and subjective happiness after nursery integrated with preschool. The main findings are as below: On work value, preschool teachers value "self-fulfillment and "interpersonal interaction" highly; on role stress, they concentrate on "role conflict and role overload"; and "self-challenging and interpersonal relationship" are considered to be very important for their happiness. At the aspect of "social reputation and status of job" on preschool teachers' work value and "salary condition" on happiness are unrecognized. Preschool teachers' work value and subjective happiness on "job responsibility" and "monthly salary" have significant differences. Role stress of preschool teachers shows significant differences with "age", "education level", "job responsibility", "school size", "teacher-student resources allocation", "monthly salary" and "school type". Work value and role stress of preschool teachers have negative correlation; work value and subjective happiness positive; role stress and happiness negative. Based on above findings, the suggestions on raising preschool teachers' monthly salary, and adjusting teacher-student resources allocation are advanced for helping them decrease role stress and increase the feeling of happiness.
