Purpose: The aims of this study was to examine the overall or part impression to bone density after long-term regular sports, do they have functional relationship? Can the relation equation among variables be found in the way of linear regression? Methods: after testees receiving health selection, sports practice and physical capacity estimation, their bone density is scanned by DEXA, then analyze the data received; 1: Use T test and box statistical chart to compare the differences of bone density of two groups divided into three-different-age sections; 2. Use coupled T test to compare the differences of limbs bones quality of the two groups of three-different-age sections; 3. Use linear regression analysis to discuss the equation among variables. The results: A. the bone density of the two groups of three-different-age sections: (1). All decrease with the increase of ages; (2). all ages sections of sports group VS. comparison group appear obvious difference (P<0.05~P<0.001); (3). Sports group has the tendency of slower decrease; (4). Sports have systematic and overall effect. B. Specific sports have obviously selective and partial effect to the bone quality of main used bones (such as habitually used hand). C. Test bone density. Under the same variable items, the effect of using partial body to forecast whole body (overall) is very good.
