摘要

為探討柔道教育應有態度與指導者應有之教育理哲，本研究乃運用歷史研究法，內容分析法，對國內外相關文獻等進行分析研究，最後獲得下列結論：柔道運動具有嚴格的禮儀規範，在柔道的任何活動或競技時，都必須遵守「以禮開始，並以禮結束」的禮儀訓化，柔道的禮儀是尊敬他人外顯性的行為，必須由衷的尊敬他人，行禮才能自然且莊重，更可以讓受禮者擁有親切被尊重的感覺，因此禮教是維繫柔道運動倫理與秩序相當重要的一環。

In order to research the correct attitude for education of Judo and the educational philosophic character that the instructors should have, this research is using the historical study and content analysis to analyze the documents from domestic or overseas. We made the following conclusions: Judo has strict rules of etiquette. Any related activities or competitions of Judo should obey one rule, which is ”Begin with etiquette, End with etiquette.” Judo's etiquette is an appearing act of respecting others. Respecting others sincerely make your salutation more natural and dignified, moreover, making the one who accept the salutation feel kind and respected. Therefore, etiquette plays a very important part of Judo's ethic and order.
