Modified Tenodesis of Extensor Tendon for Mallet Fracture-A Case Report
利用伸指肌肌腱內固定手術治療杵狀指併遠端指骨骨折
摘要
背景：伸指肌腱在遠端指骨的基部的撕脫傷害伴隨指骨碎片即所謂杵狀指骨折，而目前在治療的方式上仍然沒有一個標準作法。目的及目標：我們將介紹一個改良的伸指肌肌腱內固定手術來治療杵狀指骨折。材料及方法：一位52歲女性病患接受了這種新的方式來治療杵狀指骨折。結果：這位病患在手術術後遠端指間關節可以完全伸張，沒有發生外型變化。另外以Crawford's criteria檢視得到完美的評價。結論：這種改良式的伸指肌肌腱內固定手術對於杵狀指骨折是一種有效、簡單，而又便宜的手術方式。

Background: A mallet fracture is a bony avulsion of the extensor tendon from the base of the distal phalanx with a bony fragment, and its treatment model is still controversial. Aim and Objectives: We are reporting a modified technique to treat the mallet fracture. Material and method: The patient underwent the modified tenodesis for the mallet fracture. Results: She had no deformity and full active extension of the DIP joint postoperatively. Clinical scoring was excellent in accordance with Crawford's criteria. Conclusion: Modified tenodesis is an effective, technically easy, and cheap method for the treatment of simple mallet fractures.
