摘要

背景：Frey's syndrome是一種在耳朵前和耳朵下面的臉頰充血發紅，咀嚼時臉部會大量出汗的疾病，令人在公眾場合感覺尷尬。有些病患甚至會疼痛。常見於腮腺切除的患者。目的及目標：我們使用濶筋膜張肌和打肉毒桿菌毒素來治療Frey's syndrome。材料及方法：第一個病人在皮膚和腮腺間放入濶筋膜張肌，得到了好的結果，另一位病人打肉毒桿菌毒素得到了暫時抑制流汗的效果。結果：使用濶筋膜張肌治療的病人已經1年沒有Frey's syndrome。結論：濶筋膜張肌置入手術治療Frey's syndrome有以下優點。（1）一次手術（2）大腿的傷口可以直接縫合（3）沒有脂肪吸收的困擾（4）沒有傳染病的顧慮（5）沒有禿頭的煩惱（6）不需要顯微手術（7）可以兩組手術團隊同時進行。

Background: Frey's syndrome consists of warmth, flushing, hyperhidrosis, and undesirable gustatory sweating in the affected pre- and infraauricular region. In some cases it can be associated with pain. It often occurs after parotidectomy. Aims and objectives: Better treatment method for Frey's syndrome. Materials and Methods: We presented two cases. One case was treated with fascia lata interposition between parotid gland and elevated skin flap resulting in a long-lasting good, aesthetic and functional outcome. The other case was treated with botulinum toxin-A intradermal injection resulting in a temporal effect. Results: The patient who had fascia lata interposition is now one year postoperatively without any gustatory sweating. Conclusion: Fascia lata interposition to treat Frey's syndrome has several advantages: (1) one-stage procedure, (2) less donor site morbidity with primary closure, (3) no fat resorption, (4) no infectious diseases transmission, (5) no alopecia consideration, (6) no need for microsurgical technique, and (7) a two-team approach.
