補充麩醯胺對延遲性肌肉酸痛期間之生理及血液生化值的影響

Effect of Glutamine Supplementation on the Physiological and Blood Biochemical Parameters during Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness

摘要


延遲性肌肉酸痛的出現會使生理機能發生不同程度的改變,而影響運動表現,如何減輕延遲性肌肉酸痛的症狀成為運動相關人員所關心的課題。本研究之目的在於探討延遲性肌肉酸痛後關節活動角度、臂圍、疼痛指數與肌酸激酶、乳酸脫氫酶之變化情形及相關性;以及麩醯胺的補充對延遲性肌肉酸痛所伴隨之生理及血液生化值的影響。本研究實驗以離心運動方式產生延遲性肌肉酸痛,並於運動前、運動後及運動後第1、2、3、4、5、6、7 天進行關節活動角度、臂圍、疼痛指數以及肌酸激酶、乳酸脫氫酶的測量。實驗中招募了14名男性健康大學生,以雙盲、交叉實驗設計方式進行實驗,對搜集的資料進行整理,之後以重複量數二因子變異數分析為統計方法進行分析,結果顯示: 1.肌肉酸痛在運動後並不嚴重,而是在運動後1-3天延遲性肌肉酸痛達到高峰,之後逐漸恢復正常;手臂不同測量點肌肉酸痛情形有所差異,研究受試者出現了典型的延遲性肌肉酸痛。 2.與服用安慰劑相比,服用麩醯胺受試者除了在離心運動後5天,運動後6天之關節活動受限情形較輕外,並沒有顯著改善離心運動後出現的延遲性肌肉酸痛的作用。

Along with the appearance of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS), some physiologic function decrease and the athlete's achievement would be influenced. How to reduce those symptoms of DOMS becomes a focus topic of athletic researchers. The purpose of this study was to review the patterns of muscular soreness, muscle swelling, joint movement limit, creatine kinase (CK) and lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) along with DOMS, and to examine the effect of glutamine supplementation on the physiological and blood biochemical parameters during delayed onset muscle soreness. Centrifuge movement was employed to generate DOMS, muscular soreness index, arm circumference, joint movement angle, CK and LDH would be examined on the time of pre-movement, post-movement, one day after movement, two days after movement, there days after movement, four days after movement, five days after movement, six days after movement, seven days after movement. The experiment volunteers are 14 healthy male undergraduate students with the method of double-blind, cross-over experiment. Data was analyzed by two-way ANOVA, repeated measures. The main results were demonstrated in detail as follow: 1. Muscular soreness does not become serious immediately after movement, but to achieve the peak about 1-3 day after movement, DOMS appeared in this study. 2. Comparing with placebo, it has no significant effect on lessening DOMS with glutamine supplementation, except limitation of joint motion after 5 and 6 days of eccentric action.
