SBL服務品質與現場觀眾參與行為之研究

An Investigation of Service Quality and Participative Behavior, Toward Super Basketball League in Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要係針對第五季SBL現場觀眾參與行為及其對於賽會之服務品質滿意程度進行探討,並以便利抽樣之方式於台灣體院體育館進行樣本之蒐集,總計取得593份有效問卷,經因素分析、描述性統計、單因子變異數分析與T檢定等統計方法後發現:1.現場觀眾以16-28歲之學生族群為主,進場時段多為星期六的5-7點;2.現場觀眾對於賽會所提供服務項目之整體滿意程度為3.51,介於普通與滿意之間,其中球場設施為現場觀眾最不滿意的服務項目;3.不同性別的現場觀眾在「門票」、「賽務規劃」、「販售部」、「賽程資訊」、「球員」以及「音效情境」上達顯著差異,不同年齡的現場觀眾在「安全設施」、「販售部」以及「球員」上達顯著差異,不同教育程度的現場觀眾在「安全設施」、「裁判判決」以及「販售部」上達顯著差異;4.不同現場觀賞次數在「球場設施」上達顯著差異,不同電視轉播觀賞次數在「裁判判決」上達顯著差異,不同籃球運動參與程度在「球場設施」上達顯著差異,不同支持球隊在「球員」上達顯著差異。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the participating behavior and degree of service quality of the spectators toward the Fifth season of Super Basketball League. Totally 593 valid questionnaires by collecting convenience sampling method in the Taiwan Sports University Stadium. Factor Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, T-test, and One-way ANONA were utilized for data analysis. The findings of this study are: 1. most of the spectators are students in age between 16 to 28, enter the stadium for the ball game on Saturday night;2. the overall satisfaction degree of the spectators toward the service item which the league provides is 3.51, locates in the middle of ordinary and satisfied, the most unsatisfied service item is the court facility; 3. the spectators of different gender shows great difference on ”game ticket”, ”game planning”, ”sells department”, ”game information”, ”players” and ”sound surroundings”; the spectators of different age shows great difference on ”safety facility”, ”sells department” and ”players”; the spectators of different educational standard shows great difference on ”safety facility”, ”referees' judgement” and ”sells department”; 4. There are significant different between different times of viewing in game in ”field facility”, different times of watching TV in ”referees' judgement”, different basketball movement Participative level in ”field facility”, supports of different teams in ”players”.
