影響休閒活動因素之研究～以自行車環島運動為例
Study on the Influential Factor of Leisure Activity-Taking Round-the-Island Cycling Trip as an Example
摘要
本研究目的在調查影響自行車環島活動之因素，以自編問卷量表為研究工具針對台灣體院舉辦2007第二屆「鐵駱駝」單車環島休閒活動的參與者為受試對象進行研究。共計93人接受測試，扣除12份問卷填答不完整，共計回收81份完整問卷；回收率達87%。回收資料後以SPSS12.0版統計軟體進行統計分析。研究結果顯示，生理、心理、財務、時間、滿意度、環境等六個因素均為自行車環島休閒活動的影響因素；其重要性大小分別以滿意度因素、時間因素、環境因素、財務因素、心理因素、生理因素排序。另外在本研究樣本方面，本研究大多為30歲以下青年人佔86.4%；其中以男性參與者佔69.1%；女性佔30.9%。在參與經驗方面以持續參與一年以下的參與者佔69%為大多數。每週參與一次（含以下）自行車活動者佔73%。在參與環島自行車方面則有84%的人為第一次參與者。最後，再提供具體建議給參與者和活動規劃者，以降低活動阻礙，提昇休閒體驗的品質。

Targeting participants of the 2007 ”Iron Camel” Cycling Tour of Taiwan, this study intends to explore the factors that influence round-the-island cyclists. Among all 93 respondent bikers, after deducting 12 uncompleted ones, a total of 81 (87%) valid questionnaires were collected for statistical analysis with SPSS 12.0 Statistical Analysis System. The result shows that there are six major factors influencing round-the-island leisure sport, which, in sequential order, are: satisfaction, time factor, environmental factor, money factor, physiological factor, and psychological factor. A majority of the samplings were youth under 30 years old (86.4%), among them, 69.1% were male, 30.9% female. 69% of them have less than one year experience, another 73% have participated the event once (or less) every week. 84% are the first-time participant of round-the-island cycling trip. Finally, concrete suggestions will be provided to cycling participants and event organizers for future references, and hopefully to reduce various obstacles and enhance personal experience of leisure activity.
