智慧型視訊對講機門禁監控系統之研製與應用

摘要

經濟不景氣以及貧富差距日益擴大，使得社會治安日趨敗壞，宵小也愈趨猖獗。歹徒經常利用公寓的對講機刺探居家住戶的作息，據此選擇作案目標，這是多數公寓大廈經常遭竊的原因之一。
本文針對防止此惡行，提出智慧型視訊對講機門禁監控系統，結合原有的對講機與攝影機，修改些微硬體，可連接視訊對講機的影音資訊到電腦系統上。進而配合人臉偵測(face detection)、人臉辨識(face recognition)演算法，可智慧偵測辨識訪客身分，同時又記錄其影像及到訪時間等；用戶亦可透過網際網路，接收視訊對講機的影音資訊，傳送到指定的網點，達到即時的視訊監控及應答。此系統亦可同時寄發E-mail、或對3G手機做影音傳送，以收即時監控與立即警示之功效。

The era of economic recession and increasing gap between the rich and the poor gradually corrupted the social orders. Some burglars even use the door phone of a building to detect the daily lives of its residents, and then choose their target. This is one of the reasons for burglaries into buildings and mansions. The paper proposes intelligent surveillance system which combines a video intercom with slight modified hardware and AV linkaged to a computer. Through the face detection and recognition algorithm, we can distinguish the visitor status. The intelligent video intercom surveillance system also records images and visiting time of the visitor. Users of the internet make real-time video supervision and response, the surveillance system also sends out E-mail, or makes the AV transmission to the 3G cellular phone.
