學齡前兒童運動能力檢測項目的選定

Preschool Movement Detection Capability of the Selected Projects

摘要


目前國內在學齡前兒童運動能力檢測的實施項目上,十分的多元化,目前並沒有一套專為學齡前兒童或學齡前教育機構所設計的檢測項目。故本文想從學齡前教育機構的角度,並考量檢測項目必須簡單易學易指導、所需器材不多、操作容易等特性。來探討並選擇較適合的運動能力檢測項目,因此本文建議是以(一)20公尺跑步:評量兒童的速度;(二)立定跳遠:評量兒童的爆發力;(三)手腳倂走八字:評量兒童的協調性;(四)十公尺來回曲折跑:評量兒童敏捷性;(五)雙手正撐:評量兒童的肌耐力,共五項做爲學齡前兒童運動能力的測驗項目。讓學齡前教育機構與家長都能持續清楚並掌握孩子運動能力的狀況。

At present domestic capacity in the preschool movement of the implementation of the project, the very purpose of the diversification of selected. At present there is no pre-school children or for pre-school education institutions design of the project. Therefore, this paper would like to pre-school education from the perspective of agencies, and consideration of theproject must be simple easy-guidance equipment for small, easy operation, and other characteristics. To explore and choose a suitable exercise capacity of the project, is proposed in this paper (1) 20 meters running: assessment of the speed of the Child (2) standing long jump: assessment of children explosive; (c) take horoscopes hands Bing: assessment of the coherence of children, and (4) 10 meters twists and turns running back and forth: quick assessment of the child; (5) hold hands are: assessment of children muscular endurance, as a total of five preschool children's exercise capacity test. Let preschool educational institutions and parents can be sustained and clearly grasp the situation of children exercise capacity.
