幼兒體育教學-自我反省和系統觀察之探討

摘要


幼兒體育教學是非常複雜的活動,其中包括:教師的經驗、器材設備、授課時數、班級人數、幼兒態度和教師的觀念等,都會對幼兒產生不同的影響。教師的教學如果有進步,這進步是來自我反省、被引導和協助。雖然有些學校對初任教師提供協助,但很少教師能在整個教學生涯中受到學校持續不斷的協助。教師有效的教學包括自我學習,教師的教學要變爲更有效,要能在教學之中應用不同的技術,這些技術包括自我反省和系統觀察。當沒有他人相助,教師可藉用書寫工具、錄音帶和錄影帶,得到教學所表現的資料。教師行走的路徑,與學生互動的型態,讓學生練習的次數皆可借重學生加以紀錄,至於回饋,練習時間的檢核表,持續時間紀錄的系統,可藉由同儕之助以獲得相關的資訊。 同時數名教師也可組成一個方法雖異但價值相同的支持團體,對於所有參與這團體者提供意見和鼓勵。當團體成員自動傾聽彼此的問題,幫助澄清彼此想法,所有成員的教學態度將可獲得改進本文試以文獻探討的方法,從自我反省、系統觀察、書寫的工具、連結和支持團體等五方面探討幼兒體育教學,以供幼教工作者參考。

Young children physical education teaching is an incredibly complexactivity. As teachers we have to attend to a variety of influences such experience of the teacher, facilities, frequency of classes, number of students in a class, attitudes of young children, concept of teacher and the like. If they are to progress in their teaching, can benefit from reflection, guidance, and assistance. Although some school provide help for beginning teachers, few arrange for ongoing assistance and development opportunities throughout the teaching years. Teachers who want to become more effective can use various techniques to reflect on their teaching. These techniques, which include self-reflection and systematic observation. When no one is available to help, teachers can use written instruments and videotape or audiotape to obtain information about teaching performance. A teacher's pathways, interaction patterns, and the number of practice opportunities given to children can be documented with student assistance. A peer can provide even more technical information by using a feedback and practice opportunities check list or a duration recording system. A very different but equally valuable aid is the support group. Such a group made up of fellow teachers, can provide comfort and encouragement fir all participants. When a group of peers actively listens to each other’s questions and helps clarify each other's thoughts the teaching attitude of all the numbers is improved. This article tried by the literature discussion method, from self-reflection, systematic observation, written instruments, linking and support groups and so on five aspects discuss the young children physical education teaching, for the preschool education worker to refer.
