摘要

本文旨在探究學校如何運用公共關係，透過文獻探討分析，探究學校公共關係的定義、目的，以及學校公共關係的運用～塑造良好形象、善用學校社區資源與有效管理學校危機，以及學校在推展公共關係所遭遇的困境，最後做出小結，期作爲學校相關人員與單位在運用學校公共關係時之參考。

The public relation of schools has been concerned by schools, community, parents, students and other stakeholders. To promote the effectiveness of schools and to achieve the objectives of schools by exercising of public relation. This article has five parts. It would understand the meaning and goals of schools' public relation, three dimensions and difficulty of applying public relation. The article would attempt to offer conclusions of the study with schools' administrators and faculties for reference.
