建構生態旅遊園區以山美　達娜伊谷為例

摘要

觀光需求的提升，相對的觀光供給面的相關措施是否已經準備好?阿里山鄉山美村境內的達娜伊谷溪在族人同心協力之下打造了魚的故鄉，促進當地的經濟發展，提升生活水平，減少族人外流，生態旅遊在達娜伊谷可說是較成功的一個個案，兼具了保育與發展，但不乏聽見對生態保育上的負面聲浪。
本研究欲提升山美•達娜伊谷生態旅遊的本質，以做為台灣往後生態旅遊發展之榜樣。本研究以文獻回顧法、個案分析法及觀察法，對山美達娜伊谷相關保育及觀光開發等資料，做一全盤的整合分析，並配合筆者親自深入走訪觀察達娜伊谷相關資源慨況、遊客旅遊特質及網友旅遊照片後，執行swot分析與討論。
在規劃生態旅遊園區時，我們希望能以當地多樣動植物資源、特有的文化意涵及區位的優勢當作為生態園區最核心之產品，配合著生態旅遊的意涵及輔以在環境承載量下，建構適度觀光引援設施來發展台灣的生態旅遊教育園區，使台灣徵證朝向永裕經營的目標邁進。並建議九大依循準則：觀光引援設施與環境景觀不衝突、以當地文化為主體、學習當地文化的意涵、落實遊客環境人文教育、建構適度的觀光引援設施、落實園區導覽制度、重視遊客承載量、以部落文化與當地資源作為核心產品、觀光活動與保育不相衝突。

The improvement of the tour demand, does the relative one visit and supply the relevant measures of Taxi to already get ready? This research reviews the references, case analytic approach and natural observes the law with documents, and visit the materials of developing etc. Dr.eye: to Saviki tanayiku relevant child care, make one merger totally analyse, cooperate with author is it is it reach Na relevant resource indignant condition, visitor travel speciality and net friend travel, valley of Iraq, after the photo to observe to visit thoroughly in person, execution analysis and discussing.
In planning eco-tour garden zone time, it is the most crucial products in the ecological garden that we hope to regard resource of the local various animals and plants, peculiar cultural meaning and advantage of the position as, cooperate with meaning of eco-tour and complement in order to under environment person who bear the weight of, is it construct appropriate to is it introduce the foreign aid facility is it develop eco-tour educational garden of Taiwan to come to visit to build, the abundant goal that manages march towards forever making Taiwan seek the orientation of the card. Propose nine is great in accordance with the criterion of following: Facilities and environmental view do not conflict to visit and introduce the foreign aid, rely mainly on local culture, study the meaning of local culture, implement the visitor environmental humane education, build and construct appropriate visiting and introducing the foreign aid facilities, implement the guide system of the garden, pay attention to visitor's bearing the weight of amount, regard clan's culture and local resource as key product, tour activity and child care and does not conflict.
