Web 2.0下的部落格發展與政治行銷

摘要


媒介在傳播過程中扮演訊息溝通的橋樑,而Web 2.0帶來另一種網路應用的態度,部落格(Blog)也是此氛圍下的產物。 由於部落格的操作方便、免付費以及低門檻等特性,加上影音平台的運用,一方面拓展了應用層面及宣傳效果,另一方面也提供政治行銷另一個新興的傳播管道。 因此,本文將使用文獻分析進行資料的整理,針對Web 2.0所帶來的影響、部落格的沿革發展,及政治人物透過部落格進行政治行銷等層面,作統整性的探討,並從文獻彙整的過程,歸納重要的論述及發展趨勢。 未來,隨著技術發展及創意應用,部落格的功能型態或許會不斷的被改寫,在應用上還會開展出更多新面向,但文字、圖像、影音這些溝通與創作的元素不會改變,同時這也是可能的命題與待觀察的社會現象。

Media played an important role on communicated process, and the Web 2.0 brought a new attitude of internet applying. Therefore, blog was generated. By using conveniently, free and low threshold of blog, plus video platform, it expanded the applying dimensions. On the other hand, is also provided political marketing another new channel to communicate. The research will use literature analysis to cast data. And discussed three parts about the influence of the Web 2.0, the history and development of blog and knowing how the political people to do political marketing by using blog. Finally, it will do over all discussions and sum up the significant comments and estimate future trend. In the future, according to the development of technology and originality, blog's functions and patterns may rewrite. Although, it will develop more dimensions, but the elements of communication and creation won't change. In the meanwhile, it would be a possible questions and be worthy of our continued observed.
