中國大陸高校休閒運動發展與體育教學改革之探討

摘要

休閒運動是近年來在中國高校相對於競技運動，是校園文化中大學生喜愛的運動休閒方式。本文之目的主要在於分析中國大陸體育旅遊發展之情形，研究採文獻分析法的方式進行，經分析後本文有以下的結論：1.休閒運動盛行的原因，主要是高校體育教學有問題存在，包括教學統一、觀念陳舊、結構呆板、內容雷同、以及師資素質等問題；2.高校實施休閒運動推廣已成爲體育課改革之一股潮流，尤其是俱樂部教學爲主要改革的制度；3.休閒運動之推廣主要仍面臨「缺少場地」「缺少活動伙伴」、「缺少器材」、「無人指導」等因素。根據分析之結果，研究者提出相關之看法，並對後續研究提出建議。

Recently, recreation sports are than competitive sport and more popular in China college campus. The purpose of this study was aimed to analyze recreation sports developing in China. Document analysis method was used. After analyzing, three results are shown: a. The reason of recitation sports more popular are physical education teaching problem in College, it includes teaching no nimble, idea obsolescence, structure inflexible, content duplicate, and teacher quality. b. Recreation sports has become to trend among reformation system in China. Especially, club teaching is major reformation. c. Recreation sports generalization in colleges are face to many problems, includes insufficient exercise field, friend for sport participation, equipments, exercise trainer. Based on these findings, the study gives some suggestions research orientation for future researchers.
