摘要

運動觀光産業是21世紀的明星産業，對區域性的發展有很多重要的功能，如：增加收入、創造許多就業機會、增加國民所得、增加政府稅收、發展其他經濟活動等，而澎湖群島是一個適合發展運動觀光産業的區域，唯其發展運動觀光時，需要許多關鍵因素及基礎條件的配合，關者包括吸引力焦點、餐飲及住宿服務、互補性休閑遊憩、加強外觀造型及服務、提升區域經濟水準、連結觀光旅遊地區與旅客、區域整合等關鍵因素；後者包括自然景觀、服務、娛樂、交通運輸、建築設施、住宿、便利設施及組織等基礎條件，才能更有效的推動澎湖的運動觀光發展。

Sport Tourism was the start industry of 21 century. It had a lot of functions for the local development, such as increased income for government and people, created many opportunities for working, increased the taxes for government, and developed other economic activities. Peng-Hu was one of the best places to develop the sport tourism. It needed many successive key factors and basic situations to develop the sport tourism wall. Those key factors for Peng-Hu included the point of attraction, the service for drinking and living, the complementary leisure activities, the construction of the building, the economic level of the location, the connection between the locations of sport tourism and tourists, and the integration of the location. Furthermore, the basic situation included the nature, the services, the entertainment, the transport, the constructed facilities, the accommodation, the amenity, and the organization. In summary, it needed to understand, and connect the key factors and basic situation to develop sport tourism well in Peng-Hu.
