臺中縣東豐自行車綠廊服務品質及遊客滿意度之研究

摘要

本研究係以旅客對於東豐自行車綠廊服務品質及滿意度進行問卷調查，研究結果發現：1.遊客社經背景與遊客的行前期望有實際感受間方面，在行前期望之構面，其中女性遊客對「人爲設施」因素的期望較高，不同教育程度在「安全性」因素有顯著差異；在實際感受之構面，遊客之教育程度不同在「管理」因素上有顯著差異，又「國中」比「大學（專）院校」和「研究所（含）以上」之遊客更重視，而不同的婚姻狀況在「路線環境」構面上有顯著差異，「已婚有小孩」比「未婚」之遊客更爲重視。2.遊客對服務品質滿意度與遊園後意向方面，以分析所得的平均數來排序，分別爲遊客是否會推荐給親朋好友，遊客還會再度前來的意願，遊玩經驗整體評價，跟親朋好友訴說服務缺失，顯見在東豐自行車綠廊的良好體驗與服務缺失，爲遊客再次重遊及推薦給親朋好友的參考經驗。

Visitor's purpose to serving quality satisfaction and visiting a park, arrange in an order for the average of analyzing the income, whether will recommend to relatives and friends, the will which visitors will also come once again for visitors respectively, play experience appraise wholly, is it lack to serve to tell with relatives and friends, obvious bicycle green good experience of corridor is it lack to serve in Dong-Fun, reference experience revisited and recommending for visitors to relatives and friends again.
