摘要

本研究旨在探討中國加入聯合國之後到發布「奧運爭光計劃綱要」前，爭光計劃發展的流程與因素，採用文獻研究法的方式透過歷史研究的途徑進行撰寫。而中國自1972年重返聯合國後，積極投入競技運動發展，在1995年公布「奧運爭光計畫綱要」，爲求在奧運會展露頭角。中國參加奧運會前，競技運動主要以桌球與羽球爲主，參與奧運會之後，首度破零金陣礙，競技運動則開始朝多方面發展，但卻一直處於第二集團。在社會政治、科技水平與社會經濟因素等催化之下，著手制定「奧運之光光計畫綱要」，而經過1994-2000年的國際性競技大賽的考驗，證明「奧運爭光計畫」的成功。

The goal of this study is tend to find out the procedures and factors of Rising Contribute Ability when China joins the UN till the fundamental of Rising Contribute Ability is announced, adopting documentary analysis through historical research path to write. Since 1972, after China returned to the UN, they fling into develop the Competitive Sport actively. To come to the fore n the Olympic Game, the proclaimed the ”fundamental of Rising Contribute Ability for Olympic Game” in 1995. Before attending the Olympic Game, the prior Competitive Sport is Table Tennis and Badminton. After that, they broke the obstacle of without winning the gold. And the Competitive Sport is developing in many ways, but they were stayed in the second group. Under the catalysis of Politics, technology and the economy, started to make the ”fundamental of Rising Contribute Ability for Olympic Game”. Through the tested of international competitive contest in 1994-2004, proofed the success of ”fundamental of Rising Contribute Ability for Olympic Game”.
