國際大型運動賽會效益之探討
The Exploration of Benefits on Mega-Events
摘要
本文採文獻分析歸納探討出舉辦國際大型運動賽會的商業化發展趨勢，擁有政治、經濟、觀光、文化發展等正面效益，以及政府財政負擔沈重、弱勢團體的排擠效應、恐怖主義的暴力威脅與挑釁、賽會後的「低谷效應」及場館設施利用問題等負面效應。總結發現隨著全球化的浪潮，國際大型運動賽會往往成爲全世界矚目的焦點，並透過各國傳播媒體的報導，深入世界各個角落。運動賽會的舉辦除了有助於提升國家的國際形象地位以外，被公認爲是當前運動活動中最具經濟帶動效益的活動，特別是具指標性或大型的運動賽會，成爲國家與城市發展的重要策略與機會，也是各國爭相舉辦的目標。文末並提出四點建議，供未來申辦及舉辦國際大型運動賽會之參考。

Through document analysis, this paper inculds the positive benefits, such like political, economic, tourism and culture develoment. It also includes the negative effects, such as the heavy financial burden of the government, the effect on the minority groups, the violent threat of terrorism, ”valley effects” after sport event and issue about employing fields and facilities. With the tide of globalization, mega-events, always the focus of the world, spread into every corner around the world through the report of media. Holding sport events not only enhance the figure of country, but al so taken as the best way to bring the most economic benefits. Not mention to indicatory or mega-events, they become most impartment tactics and opportunities of the country and city development and the aim every country eager for. In the end, four advices are provided as reference for holding mega-events in the future.
