The main purpose of this research aims to discuss the operation of 'Happy Go Planning' in junior high schools and construct a strategy-focused business model from the viewpoint of Balanced Scorecard. First, this study explores the correlated theories of Balanced Scorecard. Second, the research demonstrated the policy target and the expected efficiency of 'Happy Go Planning' which is published by Ministry of Education. The last, finishing the cause-and-effect linkage between strategy objectives and four perspectives (Financial, Customer, Internal Process and Learning & Growth). And then creating the business model to promote the 'Happy Go Planning' in junior high schools through Strategy Map.
