韓國跆拳道裁判培訓之初探

Education of Taekwondo Referee in Korea

摘要


跆拳道已經是國際上的主流運動之一。但這卻很難保証跆拳道能永續地成爲奧運比賽項目,因爲在跆拳道比賽中會浮現的問題,且到目前爲止對跆拳道裁判判決勝負的操控及誤判的事件都一直存在著被批判的現象,因此在跆拳道成爲國際正式比賽項目的背後,跟裁判有關的高層面水平就顯現出有所不足,故本研究目的在從裁判的角色及其應具備的素質以及對裁判的培訓做探討。本研究以過去相關文獻和有關網站爲研究對象,採用文獻分析法,獲得以下結論及建議:第一,跆拳道裁判是需要有跆拳道4段以上、徹底地了解跆拳道比賽諸多規則、敏銳的觀察力、正確的判斷力、精神集中力和注意力、決斷力和實踐力、正義感和道德、人格的知識、對競技熱忱、精神和身體的適應力、團隊合作、正直性和公正性、不斷地充實和研究的態度。第二,裁判員應具備一貫性、信賴感、決斷性、安定、正直、判斷力、自信感、興趣和引起動機等八個素質。第三,裁判進修課程是以三天共24小時的教育來施行,此進修課程只有三個科目:手勢、比賽規則和裁判論。日後在規劃培養裁判課程時,勢必要改善這些部分才能有更優秀的裁判輩出。

Although Taekwondo has become one of the main stream sport s in the world, still it is hard to make sure that Taekwondo will last in Olympic Games forever. Because of the problems in competitions and criticisms of wrong judgments, the problem of referees is in evidence. Thus the purpose of this research is to probe into the roles referees should play, stuffs referees should have and cultivations of referees. This research uses past related references and websites as the object , adopting the analytic approach of documents to carry on the discussion, the conclusion is as follows: First , the referees of Taekwondo should be 4th Dan at least , penetrative observations, correct judgments, ability of being concentrate, attention, resolution and ability of practice, sense of justice, knowledge of personality, enthusiasm to the competitions, accommodation of spirit and body, teamwork, fairness and honesty, an attitude to flesh knowledge out continuously and to know the rule of Taekwondo thoroughly. Second, referees should have timber of consistency, rapport, judgment, poise, honesty, decisiveness, confidence, enjoyment and motivation. Third, referee education course is carry out in three days, and the curriculums only include three subjects: gesture, rule of the competition and theory of judgment. It is necessary to improve education course in the future so that the better referees may appear.
