粒線體DNA與運動能力相關之探討

A Study of the Exercise Capacity with Mitochondrial DNA Relation

摘要


本文研究目的旨在探討運動能力與粒線體DNA(去氧核醣酸)的相關性,爲進一步了解粒線體DNA含量對運動訓練及運動能力之影響。根據許多研究報告指出人體在很多方面受到遺傳因素的影響,隨著科技及尖端科學器材不斷的進步,遺傳學已逐漸運用於運動選材之發展,包含肌纖維類型基因遺傳度、最大攝氧量遺傳度、血紅蛋白遺傳力,粒線體、血型與神經類型更高達100%遺傳度,顯示這些遺傳度與運動選材有高度的相關。本文採文獻研究法,主要探討粒線體DNA的遺傳特點,粒線體DNA與運動能力相關探討,結果發現粒線體在能量代謝中佔樞紐地位,而哺乳動物橫紋肌粒線體的運動性,主要調節因素是「基因劑量」,而耐力訓練與運動肌粒線體的數量增加,主要調節與基因劑量有關。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the relativity of exercise ability and mitochondrial DNA, to understand about the content of a mtDNA to train and exercise the influence of ability to exercise. many researches indicated that the human body is inheritted the influence of the factor in many ways, with science and technology of science device continuous of progress, the genetics has been using exercise to choose the development of the athletic select ion, including a muscle fiber type gene, the biggest VO2 max, the hemoglobin, the mtDNA, blood type and nerve type those are heredity degree up to 100%, show these athletic select ion with exercise have height related. This research method was conducted literature review. The results of this study found that, mtDNA in energy of the metabolism playa important role, and exercise of the mammal the striated muscle that mainly regulated a factor is ”gene quantity”, so the exercise muscle amount and power training had relation.
