運用六標準差進行影像地圖製程品質改善之實證研究

摘要


本研究主要是藉由影像製圖案例進行製程改善之探討,透過六標準差DMAIC模式與手法,由專案小組經由檢討現行的作業流程,根據影像正射纠正的基本原理和方法,找出影響製程能力的重要因素,最後結合田口實驗設計找出最佳化製程參數法進行改善。分析結果顯示,導入六標準後,Cpk由0.47顯著提升到2.42,代表製程能力大幅提升;且影像地圖製程的精度從2.58公尺縮小至1.60公尺之內,誤差的平均數降低及變異數縮小,確實改善了衛星影像地圖的製程品質,對於製圖品質提升會有相當大的幫助。

The study mainly improved the manufacturing process on satellite imagery drafting with Six Sigma of DMAIC Using satellite ortho image the correction according to the basic principle and the method, it explores the vital factors of manufacturing process capability and finds out the optimal parameters with the Taguchi's method. The study finds that the Cpk obviously increased from 0.47 to 2.42 after using Six Sigma. That means the process capabilities is obviously promoted. The quality accuracy decreased from 2.58 meters to below 1.60 meters, and the variance is decreased. From the empirical point of view, the study improved the manufacturing process obviously.
