摘要


近年來在內固定裝置文獻中,股骨術前評估受到越來越多的注意。有限元素法向來在手術前評估上提供許多洞見而具有重要影響力。在系統模擬設計的大量文獻中,探討關聯度與權重之間的關係的研究相對較少。本研究所使用的方法採用FLASH CS 5.5軟體進行模擬,其中包含變異數分析和偏好評估順序法的流程設計。結果顯示權重在可拓集合中是一個重要的變項。這項研究的結果應導致骨釘放置的分類,這將使我們研究時涉及的每個手術規劃的相關功能並且可用於改善分析中的分析判斷。一般而言,將有助於改善分析期間的等待時間,特別是在外科醫生之間統一評估。最後,我們希望它能夠解決幾個問題,或者至少為新的研究項目鋪平道路,這將有助於鞏固科學層面的實用性研究。

Recent years have seen increased attention being given to per-surgical planning of femur fractures in the bone plate/screw fixation system literature. Finite element method has been particularly influential in contributing insights into per-surgical planning. Within the extensive literature on system simulation design for disposition, comparatively little research has focused on the relationship between correlation and weights. The method to carry out this study was using simulation for FLASH CS 5.5 software, which included analysis of variance to which the design of process and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution. The result revealed that weights appears to be an important variable in extension set. The findings of this research should lead to a taxonomy of bone nail's position which will allow us study the dependent function involved when per-surgical planning. They could also be applied to improve the analytical judgment in the analysis. In general, they will be useful to improve waiting time during analysis and particularly to unify evaluation among the surgeon. Finally, we hope that it will throw some light on several issues or at least pave the way to new research project which will help consolidate the study of practicality at a scientific level.
