自行車零件電腦數值控制加工改善之研究

摘要


台灣自行車產業在國際間蓬勃發展已有30多年,且在國際間享有「自行車王國」之稱;經過幾年來上下游的整合,捷安特及美利達兩家國際大廠已經建立了優質的零組件供應鏈。生活水準提高伴隨著消費者對產品要求也越高,自行車製造商面臨如何滿足產品功能、品質要求、降低成本,以贏得消費者購買意願的挑戰。現今產品加工以大量生產為主,利用電腦數值控制工具機來大量投入生產,以最低加工成本來獲得低人工失誤、高品質、高穩定、高報酬的目標。本研究主要探討電腦數值控制的加工參數與條件,以改善零件加工製程的品質。應用六標準差DMAIC製程改善步驟,透過收集大量加工條件及加工製程不良問題、進行專家會議並繪製魚骨圖,定義加工製程不良與可能的原因。衡量階段:針對製程不良的程度與發生率,找出製程評估準則。分析階段:找出影響加工製程不良的可能解決對策,利用品質機能展開法,繪製製程不良問題以及可能的解決對策表,並標示每一解決對策的權重值。改善階段:依據QFD對策表決定最佳的解決方案,並利用TRIZ的四十發明原理,產生解決製程不良的修正方案。最後,採用依據修正方案重新加工,並將加工成果與評估基準比對,確定是否已改善並符合品質要求。

Taiwan's bicycle industry has been booming internationally for more than 30 years, and enjoyed the fame of "Bicycle kingdom". After several years of upstream and downstream integration, Giant and Merida, two of the international manufacturers, have established a high-quality component Supply chain. The rising standard of living along with the higher consumer demand for products, bicycle manufacturers face the challenge of how to meet product functions, quality requirements, and reduce costs in order to win consumers ' willingness to buy. Nowadays, product processing is mainly produced by mass production, using computer Numerical Control tool machine to put into production, with the lowest processing cost to achieve the goal of low artificial error, high quality, stable and high remuneration. This study mainly discusses the processing parameters and conditions of computer numerical control to improve the quality of parts processing process. Applying (six standard deviation) DMAIC improvement procedures, firstly, through collecting a large number of processing conditions and problems and holding expert meeting, a Fishbone diagram is given to define the failures and causes for the process. In measurement stage, taking the degree and incidence of the poor process as the evaluation media. In analysis stage, through Quality Function Deployment method drawing a table depicting poor processes vs. possible solutions with weighting values to each solutions. In improvement stage, using the QFD strategy table to determine the optimal solution, and using TRIZ/40 principles of invention, to create modification scheme to the poor process. Finally, the process is re-processed with the revised scheme, and the results are compared with the evaluation media to determine whether the improvement has been made and the quality requirements have been met.
