探討轉換型領導及組織文化影響護理資訊系統使用者滿意度之研究-以中部區域教學醫院為例

Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture Affect Nursing Information System User Satisfaction

摘要


護理資訊系統是一種結合電腦硬體、資訊程式與護理知識等應用,並提供護理人員照護病人、行政管理作業或醫療輔助等服務支援,皆可大幅減少不必要的文書作業。另外,醫療院所的領導人應積極輔以推廣或指導,使該單位中的組織文化將觀念適度的調整與達成共識,將可提升護理作業流程之效率,設計一套能讓使用者滿意的系統,是醫療院所值得重視的議題。故本研究以轉換型領導、組織文化、資訊系統成功模式的資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質及使用者滿意度為衡量變數,再輔以專家訪談,找出符合護理情境下的衡量構面,採用問卷調查法,並以台中市區域級(含)以上之醫院護理人員為收集對象為150份,共收集到135份,扣18份無效問卷,剩117份有效問卷,有效問卷為86%,回收率為90%。研究以SPSS 24.0 for Windows統計結果顯示,轉換型領導對組織文化有顯著之影響,而組織文化對資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質有顯著之影響。此外,資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質對使用者滿意度有顯著之影響。

The Nursing Information System (NIS) can provide nurses to take care of patients, administrative procedures or medical assistances with a combination computer hardware, information programs and nursing knowledge. NIS can greatly reduce unnecessary paperworks. In addition, leaders of medical institutions should supply or promote the guidance, so the organization's culture in a unit will adjust the concept and reach a consensus, and will improve the efficiency of the nursing operation process to design a system that can satisfy the users. This is an important issue that worthy the attention for medical institutions. Therefore, this research uses the transformational leadership, organizational culture, and information system success model to measure the information quality, system quality, and service quality with user satisfaction as variables, coupled with expert interviews to find out nursing situation, in order to identify suitable measurements. The questionnaire survey method was adopted, with the Taichung City as the data collection region, there were 150 questionnaires sent, and a total of 135 questionnaires were collected, 18 invalid questionnaires were deducted, and 117 valid questionnaires were saved. The effective questionnaire rate was 86% and the recovery rate was 90%. The research results of SPSS 24.0 for Windows show that transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational culture, and organizational culture has a significant positive impact on information quality, system quality and service quality. In addition, information quality, system quality and service quality also have positive impact on user satisfaction.
