探討國內泛公股銀行理財專員評估工作績效之影響-以C銀行與F銀行為例

摘要


根據壽險公會統計年度保費收入,銀行通路占整體保費收入逾五成,高於壽險公司與一般保經保代通路,銀行內部也重視財富管理部發展,以拓展理財專員人數、專業能力提升、教育訓練,將培育更多理財專員增加銀行財富管理手續費收入,進而提升銀行收益。本研究目的主要針對理財專員的背景變項進行現況分析以及探討理財專員的背景變項對於工作績效的影響情形,以問卷調查法選取彰化銀行北部地區共102家分行、第一銀行北部地區共48家之理財專員為研究對象,進行預測及正式分析,共發放300份問卷,回收有效問卷300份,有效回收率100%。經研究分析後,獲致以下結論一、41歲(含)以上之理財人員在專業知識、薪酬制度以及整體工作績效表現較佳。二、理財專人教育程度在大學/專科(含)以下所展現的專業知識較佳。三、理專年資在4-10年,在專業知識、工作技巧、主管支持以及整體工作績效表現突出。四、理財專員帳管總資產額在19億元(含)以上者所表現出的工作績效較佳。五、理財專員手續費收入於300萬元(含)以上呈現的工作績效較為積極。六、對於工作績效較佳的理專人員平均薪資來源以固定薪資獎金為主。最後依據研究結果與發現,提出若干建議,提供給泛公股銀行與未來研究者參考。

According to the annual premium income of the Life Insurance Association, bank access accounts for more than 50% of the total premium income, which is higher than that of life insurance companies and general insurance policy. The bank also attaches importance to the development of the wealth management department to expand the number of financial planners, professional ability enhancement, and education training. It will cultivate more wealth management commissioners to increase bank wealth management fee income, thereby increasing bank income. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current situation of the financial experts' background variables and to explore the impact of the background variables of the financial management commissioner on job performance. The questionnaire survey method selects 102 branches in the northern part of Changhua Bank and the northern part of the first bank. The family's financial management commissioner conducted the forecast and formal analysis for the research object. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 300 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 100%. After research and analysis, the following conclusions were reached: 1. Financial personnel aged 41 and above have better performance in professional knowledge, compensation system and total job performance. 2.The degree of education of financial professionals was better at the university/specialties (including). 3.The seniority of the college in 4-5 years and 6-10 years, outstanding performance in professional knowledge, work skills, supervisor support and total work performance. 4. The performance of the financial management commissioner's total assets of 1.9 billion yuan or more was better. 5. The performance of the Financial Advisor's fee income of more than 3 million (inclusive) was more positive. 6. The average salary source for the professional staff with better job performance is based on fixed salary bonus. Finally, based on the research results and findings, several number of suggestions are made for reference to the State-Owned Bankss and future researchers.
