線上茶葉對消費者信任之研究

A Study of Consumers Trust on Online Tea

摘要


在台灣,茶葉產銷技術之研發比較偏重生產技術面,行銷方面之報告則甚少。有研究顯示,台灣在線上茶葉的開發銷售之商業契機尚未被發覺與重視,認為頗感可惜。近年來由於經濟不景氣,多數茶農戶深感茶葉行銷上有待加強,為此茶改場及茶商公會也積極協助打開台灣茶葉之外銷市場。有鑑於此,本研究將探討消費者對網路茶商信任,是否會因為網站服務品質、網站互動性及網站正面口碑之影響,進而增加購買意願。

The research and development of tea production and sales technology is more focused on production technology.There are very few reports on marketing in Taiwan. The study have shown that the commercial opportunity for the development and sale of online tea in Taiwan. It is a pity that it has not been noticed and valued. In recent years due to the economic downturn. Most tea farmers feel that tea marketing needs to be strengthened. The tea improvement field and the Tea Merchants Association also actively assisted in opening the Taiwanese tea export market. In view of this, the study will explore consumer trust in online tea merchants will increase the willingness to purchase because of the quality of website services, website interaction and positive word of mouth of the website.
