機器手臂關鍵精密齒輪製程之衡量分析與改善模式

The Evaluation and Improvement Methods for the Robot Arms by Using Key Precision Gears of the Manufacture Procedure

摘要


機器手臂(Robotic arm)是智慧型自動化設備,普遍被應用於工業製造的生產線上,主要任務是幫助人們完成工作,所以仿效人類最精巧的手臂為架構,來進行各種姿態、夾取、裝配等細膩的動作。機器手臂在結構上除了控制器與伺服馬達外,最大的關鍵就是傳動齒輪,有了精密齒輪才可使機器手臂能夠任意地做各種精巧的動作。因此,本研究以機器手臂關鍵精密齒輪為研究對象,運用製程能力指標、製程能力分析及產品特性要因圖為衡量分析工具,分析影響產品品質特性表現不佳的製程,再以田口方法及TOPSIS法擇出關鍵的因子與參數,找出最佳製程參數的設定值,改善產品的品質及確保品質的穩定性,並且降低人力成本,增加產能,促進產業升級及提升產品競爭力。

Robotic arms are smart automation equipment that is widely used in industrial manufacture production lines. Its main task is to help people to finish the job, because they can follow the most exquisite arm of human beings to carry out various postures, gripping, delicate assembly movements. In addition to the controller and servo motor, the biggest key of the robot arm is the transmission gear of the reducing machine. With the precision gear, the robot can execute all kinds of delicate movements arbitrarily. Therefore, the proposed method will focus on the Sun Gear Shaft, which is the key precision gear of the robot arm manufactured by a precision gear factory. In the research process, we will apply the capability index, process capability analysis chart and product characteristic factor map as the tools of evaluation and analysis. In order to measure product characteristics with poor quality in the manufacture procedure, we will analyze the key factors and parameters by Taguchi and TOPSIS method to improve the setting values of various parameters in the process. Consequently, the proposed method can improve product quality, ensure the quality stability of the products and promote industrial competition.
