新型家用型電梯主機開發設計失效模式分析研究

摘要


家用電梯隨著台灣地區都市化的發展,電梯已經與人的生活密切相關,而現在電梯不只是住在大樓內的人才用得到的設備,尤其近十年來家用電梯隨著台灣地區都市化的發展,連個人獨棟透天住宅很多都有了電梯,民眾搭乘的頻率也越來越高,而電梯產業因受到建築產業與房市景氣的影響,已逐漸將經營重心由新梯的銷售轉移至電梯保養及老舊住宅電梯更新市場,電梯原廠應提昇安全的服務品質,提供電梯用戶安全舒適的電梯使用環境,並確保電梯的設計結構與電機煞車特性,以降低電梯公安及提昇電梯用戶的安全。因此,本研究以新型家用型電梯主機開發設計為研究對象,運用模糊德爾菲法(FDM)與失效模式分析(FMEA)方法找出潛在失效因子,提供電梯公司與電梯相關零件製造廠與產品開發設計上,能夠提供更安全及可靠性更高的產品,以降低或減少失效發生率以保障使用者的安全。

As home elevators develop with the urbanization of Taiwan, elevators have become closely related to people's life. Now, the elevator is not just the equipment that the people who live in the building can use, but it is also the one that many individual detached houses can adopt. The frequency of people's riding is getting higher and higher. The elevator industry has gradually shifted its business focus from the sales of new elevators to the elevator maintenance and the old residential elevator renewal market due to the influence of the construction industry and the real estate market. The original elevator factory should improve its safety service quality, provide the elevator users a safe and comfortable environment for the use of elevators, and ensure the elevator design structure and motor brake characteristics, in order to reduce the public security doubts of elevators and improve the safety of elevator users. Therefore, this study takes the development and design of a new type of home elevator mainframe as a research target and employs Fussy Delphi Method (FDM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to dig out the potential failure factors. They can be applied to the product development and design for the elevator companies as well as the elevator-related component manufacturers, so that safer and more reliable products can be created to reduce or decrease the failure rate to protect users' safety.
