因應緊急訂單之供應鏈生產配置網路最佳化模型之研究

摘要


本研究針對企業因承接緊急訂單後,其單位成本隨著生產數量增加而增加特性的供應鏈網路問題,探討滿足快速回應多變的市場與顧客需求考量下,如何有效整合與分配散佈各地生產單位,並達整個供應鏈製造網路生產系統總成本最小。 在研究方法上建構供應鏈生產配置網路最佳化模型,並以梯度投影法進行模式求解,研究成果可提供大企業承接緊急訂單時其生產決策實務應用之依據。

In order to consider that most enterprise will face lots of rush order, this study discusses how to effectively integrate and distribute production quantity to dispersed production units to minimize the total cost over the entire supply manufacturing networks under the rapid changing customer and market environment. Supply chain network optimization models are constructed, and models are solved by the gradient projection method. Research results provide methods to solve rush orders for large enterprises. These production decisions are based on the practical application.
