台灣地區安養機構照護品質影響因素之探討

本研究以行政院退輔會所屬榮民之家、公營及民營安養機構為研究對象，採用因素分析及迴歸模型等方法，探討各機構間安養品質之差異、影響安養品質之因素以及不同安養品質衡量指標間之差異，並以安養品質之結構面指標分別對過程面及結果面衡量指標中尋求最佳之衡量變數，以利查考。研究結果發現：(1)在榮家對跌倒、壓瘡及急診之發生較低、公營機構在急診及死亡率方面較低、民營機構之安養品質則高低互現。(2)在過程面品質衡量指標方面，即不良照護率，機構規模、佔床率及照服員流動率有顯著影響。(3)在結果面品質衡量指標方面，機構規模及居住安排方式對降低死亡率存在顯著影響。

And seek the best measure about care quality. The results show: (1) In the Veterans Home: falls, pressure ulcers and the emergency happen less; the public: the emergency and death is less; private institutions: the above situations perform variously. (2) In the measure of process(bad care), scale, occupancy, and turnover have significant impact. (3) The measure of outcome (death), scale and living arrangement has significant influence.
