高績效工作系統與組織績效之關係:以人資部門角色為調節變項

A Linkage of High-Performance Work System and Organizational Performance: The Role of Human Resource Department as Moderators

摘要


由於科技之日新月異、經濟的快速變動以及服務時代的來臨等大環境因素,生存在國際化、全球化風潮下的組織企業,其成長過程中無不以培養己身之獨特競爭力,以達永續經營之長程規畫。本研究旨在以高績效工作系統與組織績效之相關理論,試圖提出研究架構來詮釋組織如何在跨部門整合的程度上,透過高績效工作系統來提升組織績效的動態過程。本研究中分別以國防部軍備局中山科學研究院及中華徵信所之「2010年台灣地區大型企業排名TOP 5000調查」為樣本,並以問卷方式收集資料,共回收有效問卷173份(36.1%)。本研究結果指出,在高程度之跨部門整合對於高績效工作系統與組織績效具有正向調節之效果。

Because of environmental factors such as changing technology, rapid economic changes and service era. Organization existing in the internationalization and globalization, its growth relies on the unique competitive advantage to achieve permanent continued operation of the long-term planning. This study propose linkages among high-performance work system and organizational performance, trying to put forward to explain what the extent of interdepartmental integration, through high-performance work system to improve organizational performance.In this study, Chung-Shan Institute of science and technology and the ”large-scale enterprises in Taiwan in 2010 ranked TOP 5000 survey” as a sample respectively. Collected data by means of questionnaire. There are 173 valid questionnaires response (36.1%). The results suggest that, in the high degree of the role of human resource department for high-performance work system and organizational performance has a positive moderating effect.
