多管火箭射擊精度評估

摘要


多管火箭系統為國軍地面部隊唯一可以於聯合泊地攻擊時對敵大型船團實施制壓射擊之武器以及地面作戰時能以奇襲、熾盛火力毀傷敵有生力量。陸軍未來將於99年年至101年間以雷霆2000火箭汰換現行工六火箭系統,對多管火箭射擊精度是以圓形公算誤差(Circular Error probability, CEP)評估之,然CEP有許多不同的評估方式。本研究將藉由文獻探討彙整相關數據可靠性檢驗方法及評估射擊精度公式並建立評估流程,並在有限樣本數據下以拔靴法獲得母體訊息,實施射擊精度評估。

Multi-Launch Rocket System (MLRS) is the only ground weapon system for ROCA which is capable of attacking and suppressing the anchorage area of hostile amphibious landing task forces. MLRS is also capable of surprising the enemy with overwhelming firepower in ground operations.In near future, ROCA will replace Kung Feng VI MLRS with Thunder 2000. It is crucial to realize operational performances of new weapon systems, and circular error probable (CEP) is a critical measure for MLRS accuracy. This research combine normality test and bootstrap Monte Carlo simulation to provide a schema for evaluating CEP with limited live-firing data.
