Multi-Launch Rocket System (MLRS) is the only ground weapon system for ROCA which is capable of attacking and suppressing the anchorage area of hostile amphibious landing task forces. MLRS is also capable of surprising the enemy with overwhelming firepower in ground operations. In near future, ROCA will replace Kung Feng VI MLRS with Thunder 2000. It is crucial to realize operational performances of new weapon systems, and circular error probable (CEP) is a critical measure for MLRS accuracy. This research combine normality test and bootstrap Monte Carlo simulation to provide a schema for evaluating CEP with limited live-firing data.
