應用時間權杖概念於差別性服務等候機制佇列空間配置之研究

A Study on Queuing Buffer Allocation in a Differentiated Service Queuing Scheme with Time Token Concept

摘要


本研究探討導入時間權杖概念於差別性服務等候機制,使原本靜態之時間權杖分配及獲得方式,得以依照網路上各優先等級不同的封包流量,動態的予以調整。依照網路即時狀況,動態的調整時間權杖計算方式,在不違背差別性服務的原則下,增加網路資源的可利用率,並提高整體效能。在一般狀態下,本研究之設計仍保有時間權杖差別性服務之運作模式,提供不同等級的封包優先權順序不同之差別性的服務;而當網路環境轉變為以低優先權封包流量為主時,將提供調節功能,放寬低優先權封包進入佇列的門檻,減少低優先權封包時閃、延遲與遺失率等指標,提升傳輸量,使邏輯上保留給高優先權封包的頻寬資源,適時開放給低優先權封包使用,提升網路效能。
