網路性犯罪：復仇色情發生率及其相關因素之文獻探討

A Literature Review on Internet Sexual Offence: Cumulative Incidence Rate and Associated Factors of Revenge Porn

復仇色情是網路性犯罪類型之一，也是當代數位親密關係暴力。復仇意圖是人類受到刺激後的自然反應，但若缺乏道德倫理與不擇手段的行使，則需透過教育與法律共同引導與規範，達到有效降低傷害的目的。在預防勝於治療的前提下，數位科技對青少年在親密關係表現的改變與風險性，值得性教育教學者思考跨領域的性權認識和關心其行為舉止背後的心理狀態。本研究將復仇色情的定義、相關犯罪類型、普及情況及可能導致犯罪的因素做一文獻回顧整理，並提出預防與因應策略，建議性教育教學者未來可增添親密關係中自我情緒認識、轉化挫折能力與性權法律知識的教學，以及擴增青少年透過傳播科技維繫關係的使用習慣、行為決策過程與後果的相關研究，作為有效預防性課程和正確價值觀建立的依據。

Revenge porn is one type of sexual cybercrime and is also a current form of digital intimate relationship violence. The intention of revenge is the natural reaction of human beings after being annoyed. Since revenge porn is done without moral ethics and in unscrupulous ways, it must be guided through education and regulated by law to reduce harm effectively. Since prevention is better than cure, the changes and risks of intimate relationships of teenagers in the digital age are worthy of concern in consideration of their sexual rights recognition and mental state behind the behavior by the sexuality educators. This descriptive paper is a literature review of the definition of revenge porn, the types of related crimes, and the prevalence and the factors of revenge porn. It also proposes prevention and coping strategies, suggesting that sexuality educators promote the teaching of self-awareness of emotions and ability to transform frustration and knowledge of sexual rights in adolescents’ intimate relationships in the future. It is suggested that related research on adolescents using habits and behavioral decision-making processes to maintain relationships through technology of mass media is needed as a basis for use in developing effective preventive courses in school and the establishment of accurate values for students.
