Sleep disorders affect quality of life and overall health in general population. However, the research on the relationship between chronic kidney disease and sleep disorders is relatively complicated and lacking. With the establishment of the classification of sleep disorders, primary care medical staff can maintain a high degree of vigilance and refer to sleep specialists for further diagnosis and treatment when necessary. It is hoped that through early diagnosis and early referral for treatment, the quality of life and prognosis of patients with chronic kidney disease can be improved.
