隨著時代的變遷,傳統生產的螺絲仍是生活及相關業界上不可或缺的一環,現今,傳統產業鏈亦競爭激烈,尤其屬螺絲更是其重要之一環。科技不斷的進步,競爭不斷提升,連帶螺絲也被要求提升其品質,特別在製程、技術方面,唯有不斷突破,才能與世界各品牌大廠競爭。 依據上述,本研究之主要目的如下: 一、探討 A 公司生產人員的工作壓力對工作倦怠之間的影響。 二、探討 A 公司生產人員的工作倦怠對工作滿意度之間的影響。 三、探討 A 公司生產人員的工作壓力對工作滿意度之間的影響。本文藉由結構方程模型分析,結構方程模型是一種複雜的因果關係模型,可以處理外顯變數與潛在變數,以及潛在變數之間的關係,同時還考慮了整體模型配適度。最後,本研究所有假設均成立,且模型配適度較佳。最後,本研究探討工作壓力、工作卷倦怠以及工作滿意度之間的關係,讓未來公司參考。
