近年來,時代變遷快速,企業面臨許多嚴峻的壓力,大量且單一的標準化生產已經無法有效滿足消費者需求與時代變化,取而代之的是少量且多元多樣的生產型態,公司與廠商均須有能力迅速提供各種不同樣式產品,來符合消費者需求。 本研究以A公司與廠商間的合作關係模式與管理策略之探討為研究內容,旨在探討與X、Y、Z廠商間的合作關係模式,製造商與供應商間的關係有著重大的轉變,企業正摒棄以往藉由與眾多的供應商合作已增取最低的成本,反而與少數供應商建立起緊密的合作關係。 供應鏈管理的執行程度,對供應商之供應績效與製造商之製造績效,有顯著的正向影響,而夥伴關係對製造商之製造績效與供應商之供應績效無顯著直接影響,而是透過加強供應鏈管理的執行程度,來促進供應商與製造商之績效。
In recent years, times have changed rapidly, and company are facing many severe pressures. Mass production of standardized products has unable to effectively meet consumer demand and change in times. Its been replacing by small and diverse OEM production model. Therefore, both company and manufactures must be able to quickly provide a variety of different styles to meet consumer demand. The objective of this research is supplier relationship model and management strategy investigation between A company and X、Y、Z supplier relationship. There has been a major change in the relationship between manufactures and suppliers. Company are abandoning the past to increase the minimum cost by working with many suppliers and replace to established closer working relationships with smaller number of suppliers. Execution level of supply chain management for supply performance to suppliers and manufacturing performance of manufactures have significant positive impact. Partnership has no significant direct impact on the manufactures’ manufacturing performance and supplier’s supply performance, but we can execution through strengthening supply chain management. To promote the performance of suppliers and manufacturers.
