This research first explores the work tasks and responsibilities of tour guides through "document review" and "in-depth interview method", and explores what professional capabilities a tour guide should have, and what characteristics, knowledge and skills need to be included in it. Then through the "content analysis method" and "edited analysis method", in conjunction with the functional benchmark (OCS) development process set by the Labor Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, the function model table of tour guides can be constructed to explain the main responsibilities and work of tour guides Functional factors such as tasks, work output, behavior indicators, and functional connotation (KSA). Afterwards, with reference to the function-oriented curriculum development steps set by the Labor Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, the "basic concepts" and "practical operations" are used to design and plan the training courses for tour guides, and the research conclusions are put forward as references for future education and training, and provide for the future Suggestions for development and improvement.
