The purpose of this paper is to consider the decentralized stabilization problem of linear, time-invariant, large-scale interconnected systems with delays. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional combining with linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques, simple and improved delay-dependent stability criteria are derived. Our results, which are given in terms of quadratic forms of state and LMI, are depended on the size of the delay and more informative. The main results proposed in this study are shaper than those reported in the literature. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
