隨著環境保護意識的增加,現代企業承受愈來愈多的壓力必須綠化公司營運的每個層面,因此綠色供應鏈管理應運而生,作為一個系統化的管理方法以維持企業競爭力。綠色供應商評選是其中一個很重要的議題,然而文獻中較少有同時考慮供應商評選的傳統準則與環境相關準則,因此本研究的目的之一即是形成一個完整的準則集合,使得評選出的供應商在各方面都有良好表現。此外,本研究的主要目的在於設計一個完整的綠色供應商評選程序,利用層級分析法與網路分析法進行準則間相對重要性的評估,並區分出各準則在不同規劃時程下重要性的不同。在本研究的數值範例中,問卷所發放的決策群體是由一個成員皆來自高科技產業的在職專班組成、供應商的資料由Matlab隨機產生。數據顯示當須評選的供應商很多時,AHP/ANP無法有效的區別供應商之間表現的優劣。因此本研究提出一個利用敏感度分析結果的刪除規則來進行進一步篩選,推薦表現良好且在各情況下表現較穩定的供應商做為評選結果。本研究另一個在AHP/ANP上的改善是把決策方案間的成對比較改以檢核表和法定規範的各項標準進行供應商的表現評估,以此衡量供應商在每個次準則下的相對表現,並明確定義出須蒐集的供應商資料;此舉的優點在於使得成對比較數在整體決策架構中固定為常數,而非隨著決策模型的擴大而增加。最後,無論供應商數量多或少,評選過程最後利用敏感度分析選出最適合的數個綠色供應商供決策者參考。
