Since 2008, President Ma Ying-Jeou announced the culture and creative industries should deep plowing in Taiwan and explore international market. Digital content industry was one of the carry out policy through government. According to the market scale which PricewaterhouseCoopers predict from 2008 to 2013, will keep increasing. In the early stage, Taiwan animation industry was doing OEM, and now it tries to turn into original made content. In this research, first discuss American and Japan animation industry, by using interview and secondary data collection with the four animation company in Taiwan and conclude five internationalization main key points which are develop original animation content, attend International Animation Festival, international cooperation, personnel training and cross-industry alliance. This research also found the strategy trend in those four companies have some similar. At the very beginning, they were having technical animation business or doing short animation films to strengthen experience and working power. In the middle stage, they try to make animation TV series in order to test the market reaction and know the trends. The final goal is to make an animation movie.
