Scientific Problem-Solving Strategies of a Patient with Neurofibromatosis during Hospitalization

This paper presents a nursing study report which was written record of behavior process of one according to field method. The period of nursing is from Jan. 17. 1991 through Feb. 22. 1991. In the meantime, the behavor process records were organized into 19 sections. Those describe how to use scientific problem solving for a case of a 36-year-old female neurofibromatosis patient, in order to understand and solve the problems whenever happened to her. In general, therefore, the writers express the whole procedures with three points as following: the process of problem solving; enter a hospital for remedy, pain experiences and management; orders performance.
