摘要

婦女的健康照護是近幾年來逐漸被重視的議題，第四屆全球婦女會議中宣言：所有的婦女有控制她們自己的健康權利，尤其是她們的生育權利，這是對婦女最基本的一種賦權。而婦女健康的範疇乃是經由歷史、政治、文化、發展、社會、經濟等多種層面，來探討不同生命週期中婦女的生活經驗，並強調健康促進、疾病預防、健康維護及健康復原。本文以人權之觀點來說明婦女應有的健康權，並討論未來國家施政之參考方向。

Women's health care issues have gradually received greater emphasis in recent times. The Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing in 1995 noted that good health is essential to leading a productive and fulfilling life, and the right of all women to control all aspects of their health, in particular their own fertility, is basic to their empowerment. Women's health is a lifetime concern of women's life experience, which includes multifaceted issues (historical, political, cultural, developmental, social, and economic) and emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, and health recovery. This paper applies the human rights viewpoint to discuss women's health rights. Several suggestions are provided to direct our government in making women's health policies.
