摘要

健全的護理照護計畫應包今性衛教，然而護理人員要如何與心肌梗塞擊者談論性話題呢？本文提供相關學理，協助臨床護理人員評估心肌梗塞患者之性功能，訂定衛教計畫、應用會談技巧及提供與疾病相關的性資訊，期能協助患者重新擁有性生活。

A complete nursing care plan for myocardial infarction patients should include sexual counseling. However, how do nurses discuss sexual problems with patients? This paper attempts to provide related knowledge to help clinical nurses in assessing patients' sexual function, designing education plans, applying conversational skills, and providing patients with sexual information related to their disease. The overall goal of this paper is the expectation that patients will resume a normal sexual life.
