摘要

夜尿是讓許多家長倠腦筋的問題，對癌症病童而言，雖不威脅生命，但仍易造成病童心理與社會各方面的衝擊。本文呈現協助一位學齡期癌症病童夜尿訓練之護理過程，筆者在主護護理期間，藉由身體檢查、會談、觀察、收集病史並與醫療團隊員討論等方式進行評估，而發現個案之夜尿問題明顯影響個案心理發展及其母親之睡眠品質，故發展訓練衛教方案，協助在非化療期、化療期，及返家期三階段解決夜尿之問題進而改善其母親睡眠品質，並提高個案之自尊心，僅以此報告提供臨床護理之參考。

This paper describes the nursing process of enuresis training for a schoolchild with cancer. Data was collected by history taking, observation, interview, and communicating with healthcare team members. After a holistic assessment, we found the case had a problem of enuresis, and her mother had bad quality of sleep. An enuresis training program was developed to assist the case to deal with her problem. This program resolved the case's enuresis problem, improved the mother's sleep quality, and elevated the case's self-esteem.
